Our cottage, "la maison des vendangeurs" is a small house, authentic, south-facing, in limestone and slate. The area is about 85m2.
It is separated from other dependencies and you will have a private terrace, with a private swimming pool for the two cottages (4 * 9m) and direct access to over 2000 m2 of garden.
It is equipped to receive 4 to 6 people.
The living room (35 m2) includes a lounge, a dining area with a large oak table, a fully equipped kitchen and a wood stove. Also on the ground floor the toilet and shower room with sink and shower. Upstairs two bedrooms with double beds (140x 190) and a loft with two single beds (90x190).

Crockery and cutlery for 6 people, kitchen utensils, gas cooker with oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, iron, clothes dryer, washing machine, two vacuum cleaners, electric heating, Reversible air conditioning.

Exterior: Private pool shared between the two cottages (4 * 9). Garden furniture, deck chairs, barbecue, badminton net and rackets, petanque, football and goal.
Location: 2.5 kms from Brissac, 15kms from.Angers
All amenities are within 3 kms (3 bakeries, 2 super markets, 4 restaurants ).
The place is ideal for walkers, cyclists and riders: the vineyards on our doorstep, offers many opportunities for walks, "la Loire à vélo" (the Loire by bike) goes to 1 km and we are at node of 2 loops of riding of 40 kms.
Located in the heart of Anjou our cottage offers a great starting point for any kind of cultural discovery, gastronomy and nature with family and friends.
